You can always cancel your subscription with Gesam. Keep in mind that there may be a contract period when you take out a subscription. After this initial period, subscriptions can always be cancelled with a maximum notice period of 1 month. More and more organizations are taking a flexible approach to this. You can cancel Gesam by telephone, but there is a chance that the Gesam employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing. Is cancelling Gesam with DisdetteOnline.it free?
Gesam only accepts cancellations by PEC or registered mail. That is why we send your cancellation as registered (€4.95), with proof of delivery. You can also download the letter for free and send it yourself.
What is the difference between free and registered?
With free sending, we email your cancellation within 48 hours. You get a copy of your letter, but no proof of delivery, guarantee or support. With registered, we send it immediately, with proof of delivery, a cancellation guarantee and personal support.
Can I cancel several things at once?
Yes. Add them under “Anything else to cancel?”. We fill in your name, address and email for you. With registered, the first cancellation costs €4.95 and each additional one €2.95.
