Still a disagreement with the company about your cancellation? Let us know. We look for the cause and the right solution, guaranteed and at no extra cost. If we made a mistake, we compensate you up to €100.
What to keep in mind
- The guarantee applies to registered cancellations, not to free sending or if you send the letter yourself.
- Your details must be correct and cancelling must be possible: for example no fixed-term contract still running or payment arrears.
- The guarantee is valid for up to 3 months after we sent your cancellation.

Not happy with our registered sending service? Reply to our email and we refund the amount you paid. As a consumer you also have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement with us within 14 days without giving a reason.
