Version 1.7, November 2026

1. Definitions

  1. DisdetteOnline.it: the website disdetteonline.it, an initiative of GreenOnline B.V., Tommaso Albinonistraat 7, 1083 HM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 34202424, VAT number NL8129.38.124.B01. GreenOnline also runs opzeggen.nl, opzeggen.be and moneytoring.com.
  2. Provider: the party with whom you have a subscription, membership, contract or recurring donation.
  3. Cancellation letter: the letter that DisdetteOnline.it prepares based on your details.
  4. Free sending: we send your cancellation letter by email free of charge, as described in article 3.
  5. Registered sending: we send your cancellation letter for a fee as registered electronic mail, with proof of delivery, cancellation guarantee and support, as described in article 4.
  6. Cancellation guarantee: our guarantee on correctly executed registered cancellations, as described in article 5.
  7. You: the consumer aged 18 or over, not under guardianship, who uses DisdetteOnline.it.

2. What DisdetteOnline.it does

  1. DisdetteOnline.it lets you cancel your subscriptions easily. You choose the provider, fill in your details and we prepare the cancellation letter for you.
  2. You then choose how your cancellation is sent: free by email (article 3), registered (article 4), or by downloading the letter for free and sending it yourself.
  3. If you let us send the cancellation, we deliver it to the provider on your behalf.
  4. You can make several cancellations in one order. Your name, address and email then apply to all cancellations in that order.
  5. The end date of your subscription depends on your contract and the notice period of the provider. We send your cancellation; the provider processes it.
  6. You are responsible for filling in your details correctly and completely.

3. Free sending by email

  1. Free sending is possible with providers that accept cancellations by email.
  2. After your request you receive an email with a confirmation link. We only process your cancellation after you have clicked that link. If you do not confirm, we send nothing.
  3. We send a confirmed free cancellation to the provider by email within 48 hours and send you a copy of the cancellation letter.
  4. With free sending you do not receive proof of delivery, the cancellation guarantee or personal support. If you want these, choose registered sending.
  5. We may refuse or limit free sending, for example in case of abuse or an unusually large number of requests.

4. Registered sending

  1. With registered sending we send your cancellation immediately after receiving your payment, as registered electronic mail: by PEC or certified email.
  2. You receive proof of delivery. As soon as it is available, we email you a link to download it. This can take up to 24 hours.
  3. The price is stated in your order, including VAT. The first registered cancellation in an order costs €4.95; each additional registered cancellation in the same order €2.95.
  4. You pay once with one of the payment methods we offer. We do not use direct debits or recurring payments.
  5. With registered sending you get the cancellation guarantee (article 5) and personal support by email.

5. Cancellation guarantee

  1. With registered sending we guarantee that your cancellation is delivered to and processed by the provider, provided that you supplied correct and complete details and the contract can be cancelled at that time.
  2. Does the provider still refuse to process your correct cancellation? Contact the provider yourself and share the cancellation and the proof of delivery. If the dispute continues, let us know: we will help you with support. In exceptional cases we may start legal proceedings; we bear the costs ourselves.
  3. Keep an eye on the processing of your cancellation yourself. If you hear nothing from the provider or your cancellation has not been processed, let us know within 3 months after we sent your cancellation. After that the cancellation guarantee expires.

6. Right of withdrawal, money back and cancelling an order

  1. As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement with us within 14 days without giving a reason. If you use your right of withdrawal, you get the full amount back, even if we have already sent your cancellation.
  2. You can withdraw by replying to the email you received from us, or by emailing support@disdetteonline.it with your name and the email address of your order. You may also use the model withdrawal form.
  3. Not satisfied with our service? Let us know and we will refund the full amount.
  4. Want to undo a cancellation? If the cancellation letter has not been sent yet, we cancel it. If it has already been sent, you must contact the provider yourself; withdrawal or a refund by us does not undo the cancellation that was sent.

7. Communication

  1. Communication is digital, by email, unless the law requires paper.
  2. We communicate in Italian, English or another language we support. The cancellation letter is always in Italian.

8. Intellectual property

  1. All rights to the content and technology of DisdetteOnline.it, such as texts, cancellation letters, images, databases and software, belong to GreenOnline or its partners.
  2. You may use the cancellation letters for your own cancellations. Any other use, such as copying, distributing or storing, including on social media or in apps, requires written permission.

9. Liability

  1. GreenOnline is only liable for registered sending, and only if it concerns a consumer contract or subscription, your details were filled in correctly and completely, the contract can legally be cancelled and you tell us within 3 months after we sent your cancellation that the provider has not processed it.
  2. With free sending and if you send the cancellation letter yourself, we are not liable for whether your cancellation arrives or is processed.
  3. Our liability is limited to €100 per cancellation. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or damage due to force majeure, for damage caused by information on our website, or for failures of external systems.
  4. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence by us or our representatives, in case of injury or death, and insofar as mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Complaints

  1. Have a complaint? Reply to an email from us or email support@disdetteonline.it. We reply within 48 hours.
  2. Can we not resolve it together? As a consumer in Italy you can turn to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, or to a consumer association.

11. Final provisions

  1. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a third party, provided your rights are not harmed. You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these terms.
  2. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force.
  3. Dutch law applies to these terms. This does not affect the protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
  4. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law designates another court.
